BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY

Today I would like to explain to you how to renew the bohèmienne style appreciated by lots of girls. This is not a look that I like to adopt so frequently because I feel closer to eighties mood; anyway I think that some outfits can be extremely interesting with the needed updates. What is the main designer representing the theme of this post? Chloé, of course. Their printed, light-weight dresses and successful handbags in natural tones makes up the perfect uniform for all ladies that aim to be inspired to ’70s. In any case, this season the best bohemian dresses must be searched into Gucci’s collections.

Enjoy the bright-colored long dress in roses-printed silk (on gucci.com) wearable also in Spring with a short denim jacket – better if full of embroideries – like the one designed by the same designer (on gucci.com). Together with them, try the Chloé Nile mini shoulder bag in a nude tone (on net-a-porter.com) and the new Casablanca pumps by Aquazzura in violet suede (on net-a-porter.com). Remember that this is the only type of leather being able to re-create perfectly the bohèmienne sensibility.

In fact the other shoe model I selected is the famous Susanna studded bootie in black suede (on mytheresa.com) that I can imagine easily with Gucci garden-print silk dress created in a shorter version respect than the above one (on gucci.com) and the Teinsy suede and leather cross-body bag in black and gold hardware (on matchesfashion.com) proposed by the fashion master of bohemian spirit. I am talking about Isabel Marant.

Season after season she knows how to interpret the Parisian girlish mood composed by a short flower-print dress (take for example Face model with ruffles – on matchesfashion.com, shown in the first picture) teamed with a brown cross-body bag – the Nile in caramel colour is the one I love the most (on net-a-porter.com, Chloè, small version). Wear them with simple ankle boots in light beige suede by Isabel Marant Etoile (on net-a-porter.com) during the months of March and April or with Abigua red leather sandals by the same designer )on matchesfashion.com) if you are going out in the late May…See you in Paris?
